Philip and Sherry Burchett

Lead Pastors

Pastor Phil attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University in the 1990s where he received his ministry training, and later, his ordination. In his young adult life he served as the Youth Pastor for Christian Center Assembly of God for 10 years, and then went on to pastor two other churches before returning to Christian Center in 2008. In the Spring of 2020, he was voted in to be the Lead Pastor of Christian Center Family Church.

Weldon and Margaret Burchett

Senior Adult Pastors

Pastor Weldon was voted in to be Senior Pastor at Love Field Assembly of God in the Summer of 1973. In February 1979, the Love Field Assembly building was sold and we relocated to Farmers Branch, Texas under the name Christian Center Assembly of God, and is now called Christian Center Family Church. Pastor Weldon and Sister Margaret have been serving our congregation for almost 50 years!

Mike and Cheryl Wiley

Associate Pastors

Pastors Mike and Cheryl have been serving on staff at CCFC since it’s days at Love Field Assembly in 1973. They have been faithful and encouraging to our pastors and congregation and are a vital part of the CCFC family. During their tenure, they have led various ministries including the Youth, Children, and Worship ministries faithfully and effectively.

Austin Burchett

Youth and Worship Pastor

Pastor Austin was brought on staff as the Christian Center Youth Pastor in 2015. In 2020, he was also brought on to be the Worship Pastor for our congregation. He has a passion for worship and teaching the Word of God to the next generation of Christians and giving them practical lessons on navigating a life devoted to the Lord. He has attended Southwestern Assemblies of God and graduated with degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, and Biblical Studies in the Fall of 2021.

Kendall Burgess

Kids Zone Pastor

Pastor Kendall joined the CCFC staff in 2020 as our Elementary School Pastor. She teaches our students the wonders of the Bible in a Montessori-inspired setting. She attended both Texas A&M Corpus Christi and Southwestern Assemblies of God University and studied Psychology and Education and has many years of experience in the Montessori Method. Every week she has something new and exciting for our Kids Zone Students and teaches the Word of God in a way that they can understand

Jonnie Fugitt

Women's Ministry Director

Sister Jonnie serves our church’s Women’s Ministry Department and holds yearly fundraisers for missions and community outreach. She loves the Lord and also teaches our Sunday Morning Sunday School Connect Group.

Wesley Fain

Missions Director

Brother Wesley serves our church as Missions Director and holds year-round fundraisers for the various missionaries and mission groups that we support. He has been to South Africa, Peru, and the Philippines and has a love for God’s people and a calling to fulfill the Great Commission.

Spanish Pastors

Pastor Hector and Lismary are originally from Venezuela and have pastored various churches both in Venezuela and in the United States. Pastor Hector is a talented musician and a passionate speaker. He and Lismary both are excited to serve our Spanish speaking community.

Connection Pastors

Pastor Martin studied Theology and Pastoral ministry at the Assembly of God University and has led various ministries throughout his career. They have served as youth leaders for 12 years and as Senior Pastors over two churches for the last 12 years. Cathy has a voice and a gift for singing music, has performed at several women's conferences and has been a Worship leader over the years. Pastor Martin has an anointing for Leadership, Teaching, and Preaching! He has been preaching the gospel for the last 25 years
